  • 6 months warranty on welding & paint work

    RoadBee offers 6 months warranty on welding and paint work on certain products which carry the “Bee Assured” badging.

    If you find any issue with the welding or paint work (like crusting, fading etc.), simply drop us an email at hPNe2WlT7pUP@UWr96oN5aMCd39bF7e71eDB.E5i3VnJ2 or simply give us a call on +AJ9NT18K 4299B91P88B7XD8EC AV4WR42N7FZ2BJ4CM with order details. Our team might ask you to send clear pictures of the product with the issue areas highlighted. That’s it, from there we will take care of it.

    Note that the minor scratches and discolouration around the bolting areas are not covered under warranty. Also, any kind of accidental damages (even minor) will NOT be covered.

  • “No Questions Asked“

Our team will arrange for the reverse pickup from the delivery address. Once product is received by us, our experts will verify the product condition and approve the refund. You will be notified via Call and/or and Email.

    The product should be in it's original package including it's wrapping, shipping label and tags. There should not be any damages on the product. If product returned are found to be damaged, the refund can be rejected by our team and you will have to accept the same product as our team re-arranges for the dispatch. In such a case, you will be asked to bear the re-shipping cost.

    Amount after deducting the shipping charges applied at the time of order placement, will be refunded to the orginial payment method within 7 working days.

  • Easy returns

    We strive to offer you convenience as far as possible. In rare case of manufacturing defect in welding or paint work of “Bee Assured” product, our support team will arrange for the reverse pickup from the delivery address, without any cost to you. Just in case, for any reason if we are not able to arrange the reverse pickup, we will reimburse the return shipping cost borne by you.

Exceptions
Case will not be entertained in case of;
- Accidental Damages / Scratches
- Minor scratching & discolouration around bolting areas
- Any damages happened during handling by the customer after unboxing the product

Replacement and Refund
Once we receive the defective product, our team will inspect it thoroughly. If the reported issue is confirmed, we will try to repair the product else we will simply send you a replacement.

However, if you don’t wish to take the repaired/replacement product, we will refund you the amount after deducting the Shipping Charges if the same was charged during order placement.
