RoadBee, the website owner including its subsidiaries and affiliates ("RoadBee" or "we" or "us" or "our") provides its website and related services ("Site") to any visitor ("user") (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your" hereinafter) to the website subject to the following user agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, please do not access or use this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application or any information contained on this Site. Use of this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application by you shall be deemed to be your consent to abide by each of the terms set forth below. 1. User Account, Password, and Security

(b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

These terms and conditions govern your access and use of this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application. By accessing or using this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application.
RoadBee reserves the right to make changes to this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application and to the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You should review this Agreement each time you access this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application.
3. Copyright in material
Our Site contains graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, music, software tools, and other information relevant for undertaking the transaction ("Content"). All Content is protected under applicable copyright, trademarks and other proprietary rights. RoadBee reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of the Content at any time without prior notice.
4. Site and product use
You are granted permission to access and use this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application and its Content for the sole purpose of viewing, and ordering products solely through RoadBee. RoadBee may terminate its service to users if found to be using RoadBee to engage in undesirable activities. By placing an order on this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application, you warrant that you have all necessary permissions, right and authority to place the order. You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.
5. Purchases
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us, that
(i) any credit information you supply is true and complete;
(ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company.
6. Refund Policy
At RoadBee, we aim to provide premium users with enhanced features and services. However, we understand that there may be situations where you seek a refund for your subscription. Below are the terms governing refunds for RoadBee Premium subscriptions.
Eligibility for Refunds:

Accidental Purchases:
- If a subscription is purchased by mistake, a refund request can be initiated within 48 hours of the transaction.
- The subscription must not have been actively used, as determined by the access to premium features during the refund period.

Dissatisfaction with the Service:
- A refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase for subscriptions longer than a month (e.g., quarterly, yearly, lifetime).
- The user provides specific reasons for dissatisfaction, allowing us to improve the service.
- Note: Monthly subscriptions are not refundable once the premium features have been accessed.

Technical Issues:
- If technical problems prevent you from using premium features, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days, you may request a prorated refund based on the duration of the subscription already consumed.

Post-Cooling-Off Period:
- Subscriptions canceled after the 7-day cooling-off period are non-refundable.

- If a user has availed any premium features (e.g., discounts on rides, premium analytics), the subscription fee is non-refundable.

- Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind cancellations after the cooling-off period.

Verification and Processing:
- RoadBee will review refund requests and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Prorated Refunds:
- If eligible, prorated refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused period of the subscription.
- RoadBee reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests at its discretion.
- Frequent refund requests or patterns of misuse may result in account restrictions.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to RoadBee. Users of this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application should refer to our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") for information about how RoadBee collects and uses personal information. By accepting this Agreement you expressly consent to RoadBee’s disclosure and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranty
You acknowledge that operation of this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application may not be uninterrupted or error free. Further, RoadBee shall not be held responsible for non-availability of this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application that may occur due to technical reasons or for any reason beyond RoadBee’s control.
RoadBee uses your phone’s GPS (Global Positioning System) services. While we strive to offer accurate and reliable location-based services, it’s essential to understand and acknowledge certain factors that may affect the performance of GPS. These factors can have a negative effect on the statistics shown in the RoadBee Mobile Application or this Site.

Environmental Conditions:

Device Limitations:

11. Termination
You agree that RoadBee may suspend, terminate or remove your password, account, material you may have contributed (or any part thereof) or use of this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application or any service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached any of the term and conditions of this Agreement.

The user hereby confirms its acceptance to the terms and conditions hereof, and confirms that he/she has read and fully understands the privacy policy and terms of services of RoadBee in respect of this Site or RoadBee Mobile Application.
