Refund Policy

You can cancel any order (COD and Prepaid) placed till the time it is not dispatched. In this case, you need to intimate RoadBee by e-mail (h88e1Sl4Dp25@9NrK2o5Qa3YdT6bVBeXXeQU.8BiCFnWW) or call (+5X9761SB 9E94295M8ZC7B68UL 114NU41477F24E4Z2) with order details as soon as the purchase is done. Do note that if it is a Prepaid Order and the amount is under dispute for any reason, it can’t be cancelled till it is settled.
If Consignee is not able to take the Prepaid order on delivery, our shipping partner will hold it for 2-3 days, then it will be returned to us. For refund in such condition, a deduction of shipping charges will be done.
RoadBee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any product that is listed at an incorrect price. In case, you are charged, the same shall be credited to your account (whichever is used at time of purchasing the product) and duly notified by email.
You must use your own credit card for credit card transactions. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
In case you received an open or unsealed package from RoadBee shipping partners, please do not accept the shipment and intimate RoadBee to investigate the issue. RoadBee will replace the product without additional charges.
NO returns will be accepted once products are delivered and accepted by you.

In case your product(s) required to be sent back to us due to any quality concerns, you shall send the product back to us through our shipping partner only, which shall be arranged by us.

Refund
Once the order has been canceled, you will receive the full refund within 6-7 working days. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.
