Log freely.
Earn as you go.
RB Miles are what you earn for using RoadBee. You spend them unlocking the screens that work out what your motorcycle really costs and what is due for replacement. You never buy them.
How you earn them.
Logging is unlimited and always free. Miles come from doing the thing you were going to do anyway — there is no task list, no streak to keep up, and nothing to remember.
Rates can be adjusted, so the list in the app is always the authority — this page reads from the same place.
What they unlock.
Miles buy time on the screens that analyse what you have logged. Each unlock opens that screen for a set stretch, after which you can unlock it again — or keep them permanently open with Premium.
Total cost of owning the motorcycle and the effective cost per km so far.
How long each spare part has been in use, and what is due.
What happens to a Mile, step by step.
- You log something. An expense, or distance on a ride. If it qualifies, the Miles are credited straight away.
- They stay pending for 24 hours. You can see them, but you cannot spend them yet.
- Then they clear and become spendable, and they stay in your account.
- Delete the entry and the Miles go back. That is the whole reason for the pending window — it lets a deleted entry take its Miles with it. Miles you have already spent are never clawed back.
Miles count from the day the scheme started. Everything you log from then on earns, whether you joined RoadBee last week or three years ago. Older entries do not earn, and your first entry after the start date is not skipped.
The terms, in plain words.
Short, and worth reading once. Nothing here is a surprise if you have read the rest of the page.
Miles have no cash value
RB Miles are not money and cannot be exchanged for it. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for anything other than the features inside RoadBee. They have no value outside the app.
Earning rates can change
The rates above, the cost of an unlock and the length of an unlock may be adjusted over time. Any change applies from when it is made — Miles you have already earned are not revalued.
Deleted entries take their Miles with them
If you delete an expense or a ride that earned Miles, those Miles are reversed. This is why new Miles are held as pending for 24 hours. Miles that have already been spent are never reclaimed, so an unlock you have used stays used.
Miles do not expire
Miles you have earned stay in your account. If that ever changes, we will give clear notice well before it takes effect.
Error and misuse
RoadBee may correct or cancel Miles credited through a system fault, a bug, duplicate entries, or deliberate manipulation — including entries logged solely to generate Miles rather than to record real riding or real spending. Accounts found doing this may lose access to the programme.
The programme can be changed or withdrawn
RBX Autoworld LLP may modify, suspend or discontinue RB Miles at any time. Where it is reasonably possible to do so, we will give notice first. Continuing to use the app after a change means the updated terms apply.
These sit alongside our main terms
Everything here is in addition to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Where something is not covered here, those apply.
Practical questions — why a balance has not moved, why one went down — are answered in the questions riders ask.
